Salmon Benedict with Hollandaise sauce

What’s #1 on your “bucket list”?
To drive around on a race track in my little Suzuki Swift like a rally driver. I truly believe it would be an absolute gem out there.

The best concert you’ve ever been to?
The Cure in 1992 because I was so desperate for them to come out as they’re my favourite band. 1993 Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds at the Hordon Pavilion in the mosh pit for the actual gig itself. I also think The Pretenders were up there with the best, but Roger Waters was unreal too. Too much information?

If you could have a super power what would it be?
To teleport. I’d be forever between centuries, it’d be awesome.

What would you spend your last $10 on?
2 potato scallops, 2 x $2 scratchies, 2 stamps to send letters to England and the change would buy me as many freckle chocolate buttons as I could get.

What animal do you reflect most?
Definitely a dog. Make that a Labrador just like my Kane at home. Loyal, happy, plays well with others and I love food, would sleep all day in the sun if I had the chance and all I do when I’m home alone is sit in the peacefulness and wait for someone to come home and play with….

If you could change one thing in the world what would it be?
Erase poverty.

Your proudest moment?
I had a little cry on the Sydney to Gong bike ride because I honestly believed that I would abandon the ride with my tail between my legs, but I actually achieved the 58km trip and gave myself a little pat on the back.

When the going gets tough, your mantra is…
Damn it you’ve given birth, you can do anything.
