Harvey Norman Responds to Twitter Backlash
Harvey Norman isn’t quite a fan of social media, but I’m pretty pleased that his marketing team are. After learning of an influencial blog slamming their radio campaign , the retail giant managed to respond, counter react and change their entire radio strategy on a Sunday afternoon.

SOSO: Multi-million dollar Co-operative Research Centre (CRC) announced to improve the wellbeing of young Australians
Yep that’s right, Zuni & NAPCAN’s SOSO program is part of the Inspire Foundation’s CRC bid – which is now a successful bid. Success comes in the form of the Federal Government announcing an investment of $27 million in our CRC over five years from 1st July 2011.

Harley Davidson appoints crowdsourcing crew
I’ve raved about crowdsourcing a lot and I’ve also talked about how Zuni are doing this as well. Well it seems we aren’t the only ones with the vision of how using a crowd can work. After 30 years with their incumbent, Harley Davidson have placed Victors & Spoils on their agency roster.
